Everything Disc Certification

In this two-week immersive experience that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning, participants will:

• Deepen their understanding of the DiSC® model, theory, research, and key principles.

• Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ learning experience.

• Familiarize themselves with the full Everything DiSC application suite.

• Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.

• Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center, where they can access all the course content and connect with their fellow Practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.

What’s Included with Your Certification?

• Everything DiSC on Catalyst Facilitation Kit (this is required to take the certification course and has been included in the purchase price).

• Administrator Account on the EPIC platform

• Upon successful completion of the exam, you will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in shaping an engaged, collaborative, and high-performing culture—knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

What To Expect After Your Purchase?

• Your facilitation kit will be sent via an email that includes the unique facilitation kit serial number. The email will be sent from facilitationkits@wiley.com. Please allow 24 hours for receipt of the email.

• The Wiley faculty trainer (certifications@wiley.com) will email you to confirm your registration and again on the course start date. Once the course opens on the date specified, you will be able to access the Certification workspace and begin your self-study.
